Esquenita | Phinma Housing Design Champion (2023)
Esquenita is an award-winning housing proposal in Phinma Properties Housing Design Challenge (2023), mentored by Jojo Gutierrez. Featured on news outlets such as PageOne and the Manila Times, Esquenita led the major distinction for the 50 sqm classification. The design is an embodiment of Filipino culture through Capiz shell panes and an open space (the esquenita) on the ground floor and garden, for the spirit of communal unity among neighboring communities.
